Theo Mentzos
AC Interiors Commercial Joinery Operations Director, Theo Mentzos, has more than 30 years’ experience and began as an apprentice some time ago. Over the years Theo established himself as a technically skilled craftsman, however his passion and drive for business saw him progress from manufacturing and installing joinery to Operations Director.
Theo believes a successful business is not only about your clients, it’s also about your people. Leading and mentoring his team with the knowledge and experience of this growing industry, while maintaining strong relationships and positive project delivery.
Theo is always looking at better ways of doing things and continually improves operational and installation flow by streamlining processes and implementing state of the art of equipment to maximise value for client.
Theo continues to focus on business growth particularly across both the Healthcare and Government sectors, adding value to projects in relation to quality, cost and schedule of delivery . His commitment to commercially realizing a product from a novel concept through to operational implementation is exceptional. Focussed on the Australian market and building stronger relationships throughout the sector.
Barney Vassiliou
AC Interiors Commercial Joinery Commercial Director, Barney Vassiliou certainly knows his way around bespoke joinery and the industry, particularly understanding client’s needs and commercially realizing their requirements . Barney has been with the company for over 30 years with a formal qualification in engineering . This has strengthened ACI’s understanding of design, process and delivery of projects.
Barney gest a kick out of developing and implementing commercial strategies, accelerating ACI’s growth to meet goals and objectives as per the Board’s strategy. His eye for detail in market research, detailing business plans to fulfil commercial opportunities is exceptional.
Barney brings his teams of estimators and administration together to maximise value to the ACI operation with a knack on building solid, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
